I would be delighted to do a site for you. I have a number of sites you can check out and some still in progress. Also the more sophisticated sites I have completed are behind firewalls that you can't see without the right login and password access.

If you feel like you would like to proceed there are 2 different things we can do.

1) Only if you have no desire to input what it would look like -

Give me the word and I will provide you with a static picture (it will be just a picture no links, graphics or "effects" yet). You can make changes based on that framework. Then we work together to complete the picture the way you want your website to look. At that point I can code the page and set it up on a temporary location. Once all the effects and links are worked out we establish your domain name and hosting location etc. (complete with email addresses and form responses etc.)

OR

2) You have an idea what you want, or want to provide the lead or input into the graphic design - We sit down with pencil and paper and sketch out as close as we can what you have in mind. You could identify another web site somewhere that you like and suggest color changes or theme alterations etc. I transpose the sketch into the first drawing and we continue to modify until you are happy with the design. Then I craft the site from that point.

As suggested above once the site is built there are 2 technical requirements to get it out to the world; Domain name registration and Hosting Service. These 2 steps require small fee’s (depending on your requirements) which I cannot pay up front (due to the registration process and business identity) between $120.00 and upward for the first year. The fee I would charge is based entirely on what you want. I have done sites for as low as $300.00 Around 25 - 30 hrs worth of work with minimum graphic effects. I have also been involved with huge sites costing upwards to many thousands of dollars. This includes marketing consultation and many interactive forms, scripts and graphic impact elements.

To market your cleaning business you may not need too many high end graphic impact elements. A short list of content ideas would include:

• List of services
• Customer Confidence i.e. Business license/insurance bond
• Possible specials
• Testimonials
• Information Request form
• Online quote request
• Company Ethics in some form
• Copyright and Legal Notices

These are just a few ideas for you to consider if you haven’t thought about it yet.
