Project Manager United Airlines

· Project lead for multi-million dollar LAN/WAN installation on time and on budget at Honolulu International Airport. Saved 100,000 dollars on personnel budget by training non-skilled employees on site.

· Increased profitability and training delivery time by doubling as technical consultant during day, while conducting training during evening hours. Scheduled and taught all users and technical classes for projects in Frankfurt Germany, Paris, France London England. Taught technical classes in Lima, Peru, Caracas Venezuela, Guatemala, Guatemala, Santiago, Chile, and Mexico City, Mexico.

· Saved project 5000 dollars on technical writer by writing 10 volume technical documentation set to cover all Local Area Network specifications.

United States Navy, Pearl Harbor Hawaii 1990-1996

LAN/WAN Manager

· Directed USN classified operations LAN project to migrate 250 Unix terminals to PC’s. Total workstation compliment was exchanged in less than 8 hours with zero operational service gaps including real time weather and satellite imagery data from GOES-8.

· Sustained all operational and maintenance testing and repair for air surveillance equipment during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. 100% equipment up-time significantly contributed to 450 US Navy and US Air Force air sorties over Iraq and Kuwait per day through out the campaign.

· Conducted multiple installation projects simultaneously in the Pacific rim. Migrating classified LAN/WAN systems with 3000 plus main frame terminal work stations. Coordinating staff members in 4 different countries.
